I have been going to Innovative Dental Concepts for over 6 years now and Dr. Duncan and Dr. Kachalia are amazing! They are always attentive to your concerns and needs. They are very clear and concise on their procedures and are always happy to answer any questions/concerns with a smile! The staff are always very friendly and warm. Thank you for taking so much pride in what you do!

Ok their service and office is 5 stars, however their dental plan they have is very situational as to whether or not it is beneficial. If you are older and do not have dental insurance and have lots of things you need done orally then I would get it. If you are relatively young and only have minor stuff if anything then I would not get the plan. I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months and that costs about $120 bucks out of pocket without insurance or their in house plan. I signed up for their in house dental plan thinking it was a good idea because I needed 4 cavities filled too. Well the first visit did not count as covered because I was signing up while paying. Ok, fine. So I pay full price for the first visit and then pay $40 a month for the next 6 months. I and then got x-rays and cleaning free. Ok well over 6 months of pay yeah maybe that was worth it. Then I got 10% off of 4 fillings and a bone extraction which was done fast and amazingly painless and priced very well. I live 2 hours away now so rather than make me schedule an appointment it was fast enough she could do the procedure right then and there. And let me tell you not only are their skill and equipment top notch but their cleaning techs are very nice people too and the Covid protocols they followed really impressed me quite a bit, like with the air purifier machines they had in each room. OK ok I'm going a little off topic here. So at this point I am feeling like hey maybe I am a little ahead with this plan thing. Fast forward to now, it has been 6 months since my last cleaning and I haven't gotten any other procedures or x-rays in 2 years and now I started a new job so I had to cancel my scheduled cleaning. They are only open Monday through Thursday so that kind of stinks for me having just started a new job and not really being able to take that time off work. Then to boot to reschedule it will be a 2 month additional wait. Okay so now I have paid in $240 at this point and by the time I get a cleaning it will be another $80 in plan dues plus I will wait an additional 2 months. I mean I get it, they are busy and they didn't force me to chose this plan. I guess I am more upset with myself then anything about this whole payment plan and having to move away from a dentist I like. It's just a cluster of emotions and hardships. That being said their staff is very nice and even though I am upset with their dental plan and I am canceling it and going to a local dentist for cleanings from now on, I will still call and schedule any bigger procedures to be done here. I trust them a lot. Like a lot a lot. I don't trust their in house dental coverage plan but I trust their equipment and skills. I don't know how many of you have had cavities filled but I had only ever had one done before coming here so I did not have much to compare. During the procedure they recline the chair back fully so you are lying down and looking up watching a TV. They ask you what you would like to watch. SUPER COOL. They put headphones on you so you can listen to it which is so so so so nice. You don't have to hear them working on your teeth. I did not have any scary thoughts like I usually do while getting my teeth worked on as I was not focused on it. I was watching Pscych on Netflix lol. Anyways I guess I was tired when I went in but the chair was so relaxing I literally had to try to keep myself from falling asleep, mainly because if I did I think my head would move like crazy lol. Anyways I don't even remember how long the procedure was and honestly, yeah right after I knew I had had it done but now, 2 ish years later, I can't even tell and all I remember thinking back on it was how relaxing it was to sit there and watch Psych. I think that pretty much sums up how awesome they are at dental work. You don't think about it while it is happening. You are pretty relaxed, and not in a weird waterfall sounds and Enya music kind of way lmao, and in the end you could genuinely forget that you ever had anything done in the first place. Thats why even though I live 2 hours away I will still go here for bigger things I need done.

I broke my two front teeth around 1:30 p.m. on Thursday and my regular dentist was out until the following Monday. After looking at several reviews through Yelp and other sites, I was convinced that Innovative Dental Concepts was the way to go. Dr. Duncan was able to squeeze me in at 4:15 and she did an amazing job! No one can tell that I had my two front teeth fixed! Dr. Duncan and her assistant work seamlessly together, it is amazing to watch. And the front staff are great to work with too, letting me hold off on the paperwork while Dr. Duncan fixed my teeth. I am very thankful to have found Dr. Duncan and am officially switching dentists to Innovative Dental Concepts. She does amazing work and you can tell that she truly cares about the patient and the quality of work that is provided.

Dentistry at its best!!!! Love this team and their staff are so caring and helpful. Truly touched by their greatness! Stephanie is an amazing and friendly dental hygienist who has always treated me with the utmost care. Liz and Ambrosia are both warm and sweet. I never ever thought I'd say this but I was very fearful of dentistry after several bad experiences many years ago. This team got me over that fear and now I actually enjoy my visits. Dr Duncan you have worked wonders on my attitude and comfort level. It's because of you I confronted my fear and even got my widows removed proactively! Thank you my dental angels!

Dr. Duncan is hands-down the most gentle and competent general dentist I have come across. The process from exam through treatment was quick and friendly with great staff and doctors. Dr. Duncan's touch is wondrously light, making the anesthetic and treatment so easy. She showed me step-by-step what was happening through incredible technology. The final restoration was completed so well, I never notice it's there. I put my trust in Dr. Duncan as my dentist!

Love Dr. Duncan! Her staff is friendly and she's just the best. She takes the time to explain everything to you and is very thorough. I didn't think I could learn anything new about my teeth and oral care, but I did. 🙂 I'm pretty certain it was the best cleaning I had ever had in my life. I would even take my kids to her if they didn't already love their pediatric dentist. I also had to go back in for a filling and they were super quick and painless. In and out within an hour. The new office is high tech so you can relax and watch a movie all the while you're getting a filling. Easy peasy and I would definitely recommend this office.

Have had many dentists, and by far one the best!! Super friendly staff and amazing dentist with tremendous experience. They use the latest technology and techniques. An honest business too. My family loves it here. So happy and lucky to have found them. Highly recommend.

Why haven't there been any recent yelps? My guess is that we don't want to give away our secret and keep our favorite dentist to ourselves. From the front desk, hygienist and then Drs Duncan and Kachalia I can't begin to say how much I love their practice and results. I haven't been more confident with my care and smile. This is home, let them take care if you. I like the detail work Dr. Duncan has made to care for and fine tune some of my previous crown work, just beautiful and even the hygienist didn't notice the upgrade until I mentioned and complimented the doctor. Liz at the front your are my families lifeline, many thanks IDC!!!

The staff and Dr. Duncan are really fantastic. I would highly recommend them. My kids have never liked going to the Dentist but now they don't mind. They think Dr. Duncan is great and everyone else in the office.

It's been a real blessing to have found Dr. Kachalia. His patience, care, and easy-going demeanor have made every appointment not only a completely painless experience, but a pleasure as well. My mind is at ease each time I sit down in the chair because I know I'm in the best hands possible. I cannot offer high enough praise to Dr. Kachalia, Liz, and the rest of the team.

If you want to go to the absolute best Dentists, look no further. Seriously. Stop now. Stop searching on yelp. Stop talking to your friends. Just stop. Saving you a lot of time here. We've been going to Dr. Charity and her husband as a family for over 5 years. First class, painless, kind, efficient, warm and wonderful. Yes, I did say painless. Both Dr. Charity and Dr. Parag have excellent bedside manner and are technically off the hook with their mad skills. As someone who was traumatized going to the dentist growing up, visiting this office is always something we look forward to. It's like hanging out with friends while getting the best dental care possible. Both my husband and I have had cosmetic work done with them. Perfection. Only wish we did it sooner! And the kids are always excited to see them. Can't ask for anything more!

I've been going to Innovative Dental for 15yrs+ and have had quite a bit of work done, both Dr Duncan and Dr Kachalia are fantastic. Highly recommend them both and the staff and dental assistants are also amazing.

We are so glad we found Dr. K and Dr. D's practice! My husband works in the dental industry. And even so, it's hard to find the perfect dentist. Dr. K and Dr. D are both skillful clinicians, compassionate individuals, and always do a great job making you feel at ease in the dental chair. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist in the Easy Bay.

I'm writing this review for Dr. Duncan and Kachalia. After looking for a dentist to help my wife fix her front teeth, I figured I would go for a check up since I haven't established my long term dentist. Dentistry can be scary these days considering many corporate offices are being opened and it's just hard to find people you trust. I can confidently say these 2 dentists show true ethics and professionalism, and at the same time provide a genuine and comfortable experience. My wife and I have received several fillings and each appointment was easy and comfortable. Their injection techniques to help numb the teeth were so pleasant it was hard to think you were getting a shot. And on top of that, they have a certain appliance that can help reduce the numb sensation afterwards, which made the rest of my day comfortable. They both are also on top of the latest dental technologies, as I learned Dr. Kachalia is a well-respected lecturer on dental materials. Combining both their expertise and awesome patient chairside manner, I don't see why families would not choose them as their dental providers. Finally, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. If you need a specific day for an appointment and the schedule appears to be full, they will place you in a waitlist and call you once there's a spot open. That shows true commitment to making sure you're taken care of! I drive from a city several towns away but I plan on continuing to see them for my dental needs. Highly recommended!

As the anesthetic wears off from my appointment earlier this morning, I thought I would take a few minutes to express, once again, my deep appreciation for this handsome couple who have found their calling in life. Truly, Parag and his charming wife Charity are doing just what they are meant to do, and they do it superbly. First and foremost, they have the best personalities of any dentists I've ever been to. Their "bedside manner" is kind, informative, professional, gentle, caring, and encouraging. Equipped with all the latest technologies, they work swiftly and efficiently, and seem to really enjoy their work. That is a comforting feeling for a patient, as opposed to other dentists who can be technical, aloof, and often less friendly. Duncan and Kachalia are happy, cheerful people who also happen to be professionally skilled in the delicate work that they do. I have known them for over a decade and I'm grateful they are located nearby and make my dental visits less stressful every time. I would also like to add that their assistants are also equally good-natured and efficient in their work. It makes a big difference in a usually uncomfortable situation in the dental chair.

I hated going to the dentist but I recently changed to Dr. Duncan and now feel much better about having work done. My first visit was an emergency with a cracked crown and she fixed it on the spot. I have gotten two shots so far and they were painless. Not kidding!!!

We recently moved from Texas and needed dentist. After reading the reviews on Yelp, my wife and I decide to give Innovative Dental Concepts a try. They had a high bar to meet, our dentist in Texas had a state of the art practice. Dr. Duncan and team didn't miss a beat. The first exam was very thorough and she offered some proactive and preventative suggestions. I subsequently had an old filling and crown replaced, she explained the procedure easing my anxiety. It was painless. They also provided music and Netflix, NCIS is a great distraction while in the chair. They have clearly embraced technology and they appear to be early adopters leveraging 3D imaging of my dental structure. This will help overtime to determine excessive ware patterns and other things. I would highly recommend Innovative Dental Concepts, they have a great team and they really care for their patients.

This office and staff are awesome!! I haven't been to the dentist in a very long time and was sooo nervous and afraid. They are very gentle and patient and make sure you are comfortable the entire time. The staff are also extremely friendly and understanding of someone who was terrified upon walking in. The facility is very modern and clean! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist office to go to.

I think that the clinic and staff are outstanding. Everyone is very professional and what's more, I feel that they are telling me the truth regarding procedures. I think their use of new dental technologies is pretty neat - like the way they do a cleaning. It's more of a dry powder technique. I'm always in and out on time and that's important to me as a working professional. Drs. Kachalia and Duncan also are great for making good referrals as well.

Best dentists in the Bay Area. They've been taking care of us like family for almost 10 years. Simply the best.

...Many REGRETS for not knowing/meeting Dr. Duncan and the staff before...Dr. Duncan is the absolute best Dentist! She is cheerful, kind and highly skilled. She listens to your concerns and offers the best solutions for your dental needs. The clinic is very high tech, modern and spotless as I am very particular about cleanliness. I am 100% sure that my last two visits with Dr. Duncan were the BEST ever! And I have more visits to come in the near future...Thank you for making me feel safe and special! This is the very 1st review I have ever written! The reason I want to do it is because Dr Kachalia had done such outstanding jobs in replacing my fillings! My wife had done lots of research and had interviewed many different dentists in the area, we just wanted to find the best one! Since I had bad experience with one particular dentist many years back, I was reluctant to change the dentist that I was having. But after seeing the results that Dr Kachalia had done in replacing my fillings, my teeth looked like new! It just amazed me how skillful he is! The dentistry skill that he has provided is excellent bar none! I'm so happy that I have found the right dentist finally!
